Our Rates for 2010

Summer weekly rental is $7000. Including tax, cleaning and linens.      Nightly rental is $1200, minimum three nights.

Fall, Winter and Spring weekly rental is $3500. Including tax, cleaning and linens. Nightly rental is $600, minimum two nights.

Holidays and Festival weeks may be more.

The linens we provide are:

300 thread count sheet sets for all 12 beds:    

2 kings, 3 queens, 5 full/double and 2 twins - as a bunk set   

(the beds are unmade so you know you are the first to use any bed)  

Pillows, comforters, and blankets are also provided.

30  bath towels, 30 washcloths, 15 hand towels (all cotton)

20 beach towels

8 kitchen towels
